I recently installed an Autocirc pump in my home of
4000+ sq ft and it has exceeded my expectations. Prior
to having the Autocirc pump it took 1minute 30 secs for
the water to be warm at our kitchen sink. It now takes
less than 15 seconds. Results are comparable in the four
bathrooms and the laundry room. It is so quiet that my
wife has yet to be able to hear it when it is running.
Aside from having to install a new electrical outlet
installation was a breeze, the only minor difficulty I
had was snapping off one of the plastic 15 minute timer
tabs. Maybe its my lack of exposure but I am
surprised that the only place I have seen the device
marketed was in a handyman magazine. It seems to me that
builders, especially of larger homes, should be made
aware of it in addition to making the product known to
home owners as a retrofit. We had guests over the
wekend and after seeing the device in operation they
ordered three for their children's homes for Christmas.
Thanks for a great product. If over the years it lives
up to its initial impression I will be more than
pleased.

Happily, I accidentally happened on to the Autocirc
on the Home Depot web site last Friday. I was
looking for a hot water circulator pump anticipating
the need to install a return line encompassing 2
floors and 40 ft. in an old house. The Autocirc has
turned out to be the perfect solution for me. I
initially thought the $198 a little pricey, but the
time and simplicity of installation certainly more
than made up for it. I am really impressed with the
design and execution of your product. I shall be
installing another one in my California house next
week.

Just installed the above recirculating pump under
kitchen sink. Very easy to install, good
instructions. Runs very quiet. I would have
done this years ago, except the products I saw all
needed a return line to the water heater. My home is
finished and I didn't want to retrofit, mainly
because I believed the pipe would have to be run on
the exterior of by home. I imagined just what you
have done, recirculate into cold water pipe right
next to hot water.
I've installed this, even though the price tag made
me think twice, because it just makes sense to me
not to run all that water down the drain just to get
hot water to the faucet. I know this will, in
the long run, save me money. If this method, or the recirculating method (when a building is being
plumbed) was more widely advertised or used it could
be incorporated into many more projects and the cost
of the system would be nil. The water savings,
by itself, or when combined with other users, what a
water saver this could be! I'm from California, and
saving water is even more critical here.

Justed wanted to say thanks for your recommendation.
I have been using the Autocirc for about 3 weeks now and
am happy with the results. The amount of time to get
really hot water to our shower now is less than one
minute whereas before was approaching 3 minutes - a big
improvement! Also no more ice cold water at the sink is
nice anytime the pump is operating. The warm water
through the cold line at the sink is a minor
inconvenience.

Just a quick message to tell you how great you
Autocirc pump is. We just had one put in our winter home
in Scottsdale, AZ this week, what a welcome change in
our master bathroom. I'm telling all my family and
friends just how great your product is.

I recently bought one of your home recirculating
pumps to try out. Previously, I had a 2.5 gallon
electric water heater installed under my kitchen sink.
This worked well for over 5 years but it developed a
leak and I was unaware of it until it ruined the
particle board under my sink. I considered
replacing it with another water heater but wanted to put
one of the point of use electric water heaters under the
sink. I could not find one except on the Internet as no
one seemed to stock them. As I was looking at Home
Depot I ran across one of your brochures. I actually
thought that this was a point of use water heater until
I got it home and took it out of the box. I couldn't
figure out where or how big the heating element could be
in the unit. I finally realized how it worked and that
it was not what I thought I had purchased. I
decided to try it out anyway to see if your claims of
having hot water at every faucet were true. I will
tell you that I was completely surprised at how
efficient it was and as far as I am concerned this is
the greatest invention since sliced bread. The
unit does exactly what it claims it will do. I can also
see how over the course of time it will definitely save
me money by not having to install a point of use water
heater under every sink in my house, both in the cost of
the units as well as the cost to run them constantly.
If you ever need a testimonial regarding this product I
would be glad to provide one for you. I am totally
impressed and will continue to tell all my friends how
pleased I am with the product and its' performance!!

Thank you, Thank You, Thank you!
About 3 weeks ago I purchased and installed your
Autocirc System. It works just great. Best thing
since sliced bread. We have lived with a hot water
problem for 8 years; about 4 years ago I read a James
Dully column on your product, went to our local plumbing
supply (L & H Plumbing in Lakewood, N.J. ready to buy
but the salesman told us the down side was that we would
have warm water in our cold faucets. We were
discouraged and decided not to install. Recently, we
decided to try it at any cost. Checking Home Depot, we
found and purchased your unit and have been very happy
ever since. It is efficient, quiet and works just
great. We never had it so good in the Hennessy
household. Thanks again, wish we were not turned away 4
years ago by a false statement.

The hot water heaters in my house are about as far
from the master bathroom as possible. I installed an
AutoCirc myself (it’s easy) on October 30, 1998 and have
enjoyed immediate hot water ever since. Thanks for a
totally reliable and well designed product that exceeds
my high expectations – a true rarity these days.

Just thought I'd let you know how pleased I am
with your product (Autocirc Pump)...We've been
in our house (in Point Loma) for over 28 years,
and have probably wasted a zillion gallons of
cold water waiting for the hot to arrive at the
bedroom/bathroom faucets. These faucets are
easily over 100 ft. away from the hot water
heater (it's in the garage)...Naturally
the faucets that are closer provide quick hot
water also......thanks for a great product!

As an architect, I have specified the Laing Autocirc
pump for over three years. I have had no negative
feedback from either the plumbing contractors or my
clients. When the pump that I have in my own home went
out after several years of continuous use, the people at
Laing were extremely responsive and actually repaired it
at no cost even though it was out of warrantee. They
explained that the repair was minor.

I sincerely hope that this message reaches any
and all departments that would present
information to the world about AUTOCIRC.
When we built our house some 17 years ago, we
neglected to realize what a problem we were
creating in sending hot water across the
entire length of the house! For years we
agonized over the amount of water we WASTED -
and in dealing with the frustration of waiting
SEVERAL minutes for water to be warm enough to
use in the master bathroom! We asked
several plumbers and contractors for suggestions
to alleviate the problem. They quoted us
thousands of dollars for major - and we felt
unsatisfactory - alterations to solve the
problem. Just by chance, we noticed an ad
in our local newspaper for your AUTOCIRC. We
felt it was certainly worth a try.
INCREDIBLE, bordering on a miracle! It solved
our problem! We DO, NOW, have "instant" warm -
even rapidly hot -water in every water location
in the house - including the master bathroom!
For the sense of relief, in the vast amount of
water we are saving over a year's time - and the
relief from the frustration we've dealt with
over the years, we THANK YOU!! We have told
several people how pleased we are with our
AUTOCIRC. The plumber who installed it, put
one in his own house (with a similar problem) -
he too, has been singing your praises! I am
sending your brochure to my son and feel that
will be yet another satisfied customer. The
AUTOCIRC will surely increase the time and
decrease the gallons of wasted water (which is
becoming so precious in so many areas) getting
hot water to their upstairs bathrooms.
Again, thank you and your moxie technicians for
their creative innovation!

Hi! I can't begin to tell you how much I appreciate
your product. I leave it on summer and winter without
worrying about the pipes freezing under the house. I
like slightly warm water from the outside faucets to
wash the mud off my freezy cold hands and tools when I
finish my yard work. I've had mine 7 years and have
bought 4 additional units so that my kids can enjoy the
benefits. As I said before, thanks so much for a great
product.
